Rent-To-Own Formula
12 Payments = Sales Price ÷ (8.4) + Sales Taxes
24 Payments = Sales Price ÷ (13.4) + Sales Taxes
36 Payments = Sales Price ÷ (18) + Sales Taxes
48 Payments = Sales Price ÷ (20.5) + Sales Taxes
Example of a 48 monthly payment = $5000 ÷ (20.5) = $243.90 + $14.08 = $257.98/month
